Our in house home design expert can work directly with you to coordinate colors, finishes, and ideas to make your home uniquely yours using our industry leading materials.

Start the Build and get On-site Updates

Sign your sales agreement and get live updates, photos, and videos of your build and schedule on site visits throughout the process. Everything can be accessed and shared.

Flexibility to Make Changes

Unlike most builders, we don't charge for change orders; you can make changes easily and quickly to your home at any time during the build process as your needs change.

Post-Settlement Support

Once you purchase and move-in, our team doesn't disappear, we offer industry leading warranty coverage on our homes to provide you peace of mind. Plus things like free 30 day paint touchups after move in!

Timeline for construction Millwood Homes

Day 1-30: Design your home with our architect and choose your site/lot. Permits are applied for and approved

Day 31-60: Excavation of your home site starts, your custom plan foundation is poured and framing of the house is completed. Asphalt Roof Installed.

Day 61-100: Rough in utilities like plumbing, hvac, and electric are completed. Fire foam and insulation super seal.

Day 101-160: Interior finishes like drywall, trim, paint, and cabinets are installed. Tile and lighting fixtures install.

Day 161-179: Final inspections of your new custom home are completed and the builder punch lists the home to prepare it for settlement

Day 180+ : Around 6 months after signing, you will settle on your new home. We continue to support you through our Total Mark one year warranty.
