The Buying Process

The first step of the buying process is to tour our move-in ready homes, or begin the steps to have us custom build you a home from your plans or one of ours.

We have a simple pre-approval process with our preferred lenders to determine the home you can afford comfortably. The form can be done online in just a few minutes.

Once pre-approved, a sales agreement is created for your home and the mortgage lender will complete paperwork for your home loan. 

After your sales agreement, you can select all the finishes and options in your home from our easy to use building portal. Get inspiration on our home portfolio page.

Your home goes through six different state and local inspections during construction. Around two weeks before settlement the lender will appraise the homes value.

Once your home is ready, you will come to our office for settlement. It takes around an hour and you will sign forms to take ownership of the home. Learn more about owning.

After settlement, our team will check in with you to continue assisting with any questions after you move in! After around 30 days you will receive your first mortgage bill.
