Millwood Breaks Ground on Magnolia Meadows in Wrightsville, PA

Millwood Homes is proud to announce the official groundbreaking of Magnolia Meadows, a new 42-home community in Wrightsville, Pennsylvania.

Magnolia Meadows has been years in the making. What began as a piece of ground and an idea has moved through planning, engineering, approvals, infrastructure, and countless hours of work to finally reach the point we have been working toward: building homes.

The community will consist of 42 thoughtfully designed duplex homes, bringing new housing opportunities to the Wrightsville and East Prospect area while maintaining the character and scale of the surrounding community.

For us, development has never simply been about fitting as many homes as possible onto a piece of land. We believe communities already have an identity. Our responsibility as a builder and developer is to understand that identity, respect it, and create something that feels like it belongs there.

That philosophy has guided Magnolia Meadows from the beginning.

The homes have been designed around how people actually live, with approximately 1,845 square feet of living space, four bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, a first-floor primary suite and laundry, two-car garages, and basement and slab options throughout the community. The goal is straightforward: build practical, comfortable homes that can serve their owners well for many years.

Magnolia Meadows also represents another chapter in Millwood Homes' long history of building throughout York County and the surrounding region. Over the years, we have had the opportunity to build hundreds of homes, but we have never believed success should simply be measured by the number of houses constructed.

A development ultimately becomes someone else's neighborhood.

Families will move here. Children will grow up here. Neighbors will become friends. Trees will mature, homes will change hands, and long after the construction equipment is gone, Magnolia Meadows will simply become part of the community.

That is the standard that matters.

With infrastructure nearing completion and groundbreaking now underway, construction of the first homes at Magnolia Meadows will begin shortly.

We are incredibly grateful to the engineers, contractors, tradesmen, municipal officials, utility partners, employees, and everyone else whose work helped bring the project to this point.

Most importantly, we look forward to watching Magnolia Meadows transition from a development plan into a neighborhood.
